The house has a parking space available, so as not to have parking problems

In the living room there is a large space where you can work with your PC
Smart TV
There are two televisions: one of 26 inches (kitchen) and one of 32 (living room)
DVD player
The TV has a DVD player. There are also some movies you can see
Bed sheets
There are sheets and blankets in quantity, even for the (rare) cold days
Washing Machine
In the bathroom there is a modern washing machine, to be used freely to wash your clothes
Conditioned air
Two air conditioners with heat pump, for optimal temperatures at home
Strongbox
In the bedroom there's a small electronic safe
Iron
Board, iron and hangers, for ironing and hanging your clothes
Shower and bidet
No surprises: the bathroom is new and equipped with a nice shower and every service.
Towels and hairdryer
In the bathroom you will find all the towels, including those for the shower, and the hairdryer
Microwave
In the kitchen there is a microwave oven, to cook food quickly
Coffee machine
There is also a blender and a convenient coffee pod machine
Dishes
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, tablecloths
Oil, salt, sugar
There is also the essential for cooking: sugar, salt, spices, oil, vinegar and more
