This is by far the BEST apartment I have stayed in for a holiday! I would rate it 10 out of 10 :) It was the most perfect apartment, very large and well-equipped. We were staying for 6 days with only hand luggage, so the space to pack our belongings was limited. But in this apartment we found everything we needed, from an iron and ironing boarding, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes rack, travel adaptor, and even a laptop! In addition to this, Pier was an extremely friendly and helpful host. He made our check-in and check-out breezy and stress-free, and was very accommodating to our early arrival time. The location is just a 15 minutes walk to the centre of Catania where the Duomo is located. If you are bringing a car, there is free parking on the street directly outside the apartment, and you never need to worry about finding a space. If you are bringing a pet, the apartment also comes with a cosy pet bed :) There is a also a GREAT restaurant just around the corner (a 2 minute walk) called Re Carlo V, which barbecues traditional Sicilian meat at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this restaurant both for lunch and dinner. It had the best steaks we had ever eaten! Overall a fantastic trip, highly recommended apartment and host!

The apartment is very clean and equipped with all utilities. It's easy to reach the city's attractions. From the airport to the apartment you will arrive: alibus in front of the airport to the central station. From bus station 431 to the apartment. When I arrived at the apartment, I called and the host arrived in 5 minutes. In the kitchen I found coffee, tea and water. A nice gesture. There are no problems with hot water, the bathroom is equipped with a boiler that quickly heats the water. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Near the apartment there is a pizzeria and some grocery stores. And some restaurants at 200 m. I contacted the host before arriving at the apartment. The landlord is a great person who gave us a guide to the city with the most important places in Catania. Thank you!

We liked the interior design of the apartment and the proximity of the apartment to the city center. The host was kind and helpful. The living room was very spacious and the apartment was stacked with all the neccessary home appliances.
